Who we are

We’re a group of engineers who’ve spent the last few years going deep on AI, not in a research lab, but shipping real things inside large organizations. We’ve built agentic systems, developer tooling, and security automation that thousands of engineers use every day. If you’re trying to figure out how to make AI actually work inside your engineering org, that’s exactly what we’ve been doing.

Engagement terms

How we work

  • Minimum commitment: 40 hrs / engineer / week, billed regardless of utilization. We block the time for you, you get the output.
  • Contract term: We’re looking for a 6–12 month starting commitment, then rolling 90-day terms after that. Either side can exit with notice.
  • Availability & travel: Remote-first, but we’re happy to come on-site for 1–2 weeks at a time when it makes sense. Travel billed at cost.
  • Need to grow the team? We can scale to 12–20 engineers within the first 12 months, same talent bar, no shortcuts.

All engineers offered as embedded IC contributors. IP transfers to client upon full payment.
